Frequently Asked Questions when Renting a Home -

Q1. How do I book one of the Magical Homes?

A1. When you find a home you like please click the Availability, Booking & Rates link on the listing page.
On the booking form, please select the number of Adults (18+) and Children, then click the nights you wish to stay on the calendar. Fees such as Pool Heating can be added to the reservation by clicking the box under additional items (if applicable). Then fill in your information and click Make Reservation.

Once we confirm the home is definitely available for you we will send you the link to pay. If you are more than 60 days away from your arrival date a 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, your balance is due 60 days before arrival.

The refundable security deposit will need to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. The only exception to this is if the home requires a non refundable insurance fee instead of the refundable security deposit, this is just included in the rental cost.

Q2. What payment methods do you accept?

A2. We accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal, at no additional cost to you. You can also request to pay by cashiers check.

Q3. When will I receive all the information I need for the home?

A3. You will receive a confirmation letter including the address, how to gain access and the contact information for the manager of the home, after all payments are received, 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Q4. Where can we buy tickets to the parks?

We recommend Kissimmee Guest Services for tickets, you can buy them by clicking here. CHAMPION VILLAS will work as a discount code for some offers.

Q5. What are the rules behind how many a property can sleep?

A5. The number of people the property sleeps, as stated on the listing page, is the legal number of people that can stay in the house. This includes infants. If you are found to have more than the legal number of people staying in the home this will result in guests being asked to leave and losing your security deposit.

Q6. Are the properties fully furnished?

A6. Yes.

Q7. Are all the rental properties air conditioned?

A7. Yes all are fully air conditioned. Not all games rooms (majority are in the garage) are air conditioned so if you're interested in a home and are concerned about this please ask.

Q8. What is provided in the homes?

A8. All homes have a Washer and Dryer. Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A starter set of 1 toilet roll and small soap per bathroom will be in all the homes otherwise they are self catering. Pool Towels are in some homes, please ask.

Q9. What time is check in and check out? Can I request an early check in / late check out?

A9. Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10am.

You can request an early check in / late check out but it will only be confirmed, at the earliest, 2 weeks prior to your arrival, depending on the owner and availability. Some owners will charge for this and some don't, please ask. We will note your request on your reservation with the time you would like to check in / out.

Q10. How does a home become Verified?

The main purpose of the Magical Home Rentals Verification Seal is to provide renters with peace of mind. You can be assured that the property you rent from is legitimate. We take many steps to research and check all of our properties before they receive the Verification Seal.

The Verification Seal is issued to a property after several factors -

Verification that it is owned by this owner.

This property is managed by a verified professional property manager.

The property has had at least one booking from

The property has been viewed by one of the
Magical Home Rentals Team.

Q11. Does every home have a BBQ?

A11. No -

If a home has a gas BBQ (it will say so on the listing) you will have to buy your own gas and clean it after use. Some homes have a charcoal BBQ.

If a home doesn't have a BBQ we can arrange to rent one, it will be delivered for your arrival with a full tank of gas. If you want to rent one, please ask, we will quote you the cost. It varies depending on your length of stay and the home you are staying in.

Q12. Will someone meet us at the property when we check in to make sure everything is OK?

A12. No, if there are any issues with the house when you arrive, please call the manager to report them immediately. Also during your stay, please report any issues straight away to the manager. This is very important so
that you don't get blamed for something you didn't do and the issues get fixed quickly.

Q13. Will someone meet us at the property when we check out to make sure everything is OK?

A13. No, you will leave by the check out time and the cleaners need to thoroughly clean the property to be sure there is nothing damaged or missing. They will let the manager know if all is fine, who will then let the Magical Home Rentals team know. If everything is fine the security deposit will be refunded. You should know within a week of departure.

Q14. How far are the homes from Disney World?

A14. Our homes range from 4 miles / 8 minutes to 14 miles / 27 minutes to the start of Disney World.

Q15. Are RVs allowed in the communities?

A15. Some communities allow RVs and some don't. If they don't it will say on the Booking pages for the homes. If it doesn't say please contact us to check.

Q16. Is the home I'm booking the one I will be staying in?

We guarantee that the home you book is the home that you will stay in. Certain decor items may change, for example comforters or towels, but it will still be the home you booked.
